Introducing Our Founder and President

Posted by [email protected] on April 5, 2014 at 2:30 PM

ABOUT THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT:

Our President and Founder has a deep desire for God's Word and theology. As he went through the process of earning his theological education, he realized that most individuals who want such an education will never be able to afford it.

In addition, time constraints, commitments, jobs, families, etc., have removed the possibility for most people to uproot their lives in order to attend traditional theological colleges and seminaries.

In order to meet the needs of this segment of the population, as well as to share God's redemptive plan with as many people as possible, this ministry was conceived and developed.

Our Founder and President is Rev. Jeff Hagan, Th.D., C.Ed.D.,  Dr. Hagan has been involved in various aspects of ministry for over twenty-three years. Some of those experiences are listed below:

True Grace Ministries and Theological Institute – Founder, President and Professor.

Riverview Bible College – Co-Founder, Professor and Student Counselor.

Private Counseling Services- Christian and Pastoral Counseling, and Discipling.

The Freeway Church – Associate Pastor

Church By The Side Of The Road – Counseling staff and Youth Pastor Assistant.

Wabash Presbyterian Church – Board of Deacons.

While pursuing education, Dr. Hagan realized the value of exposing himself to a variety of Higher Christian Education institutions. He felt it was important to immerse himself into a plethora of differing theological positions. He also considered it beneficial to explore all of the different forms of educational delivery: accredited, unaccredited, traditional, mentoring, correspondence, and online.

The institutes he has attended cover the following theological traditions:

Missionary Baptist; Independent, fundamental, Baptist; Non-denominational; Evangelical; Inter-denominational; Assemblies of God; Reformed; Fundamental Dispensationalist; Full Gospel; and Southern Baptist. Dr. Hagan's degrees consist of the following:

Th.D. (Doctor of Theology) - Baptist Missionary Theological Seminary

C.Ed.D. (Doctor of Christian Education) – Grace Bible College & Seminary

M.A.B.S. (Master of Arts in Biblical Studies) – Tyndale Theological Seminary

M.C.C. (Master of Christian Counseling) – Spirit of Truth Institute

B.A. (Bachelor of Arts in both Biblical Studies and Behavioral Science) – Northwest Bible College (now Northwest University)

Further studies, credits, and/or certificates – Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary; Luther Rice Seminary; Trinity Theological Seminary; Reformed International Seminary; Birmingham Theological Seminary; Wicket Gate Bible College; and others.

Dr. Hagan is also an author having written and distributed approximately 120 articles. In addition, he use to be a regular contributor for Pathoes/Evangelical.com on the Reformed Blog "Chorus in the Chaos." Dr. Hagan has also developed classes and curriculum for bible college, graduate, and post-graduate level programs.

Dearest in Christ,
I would like to ask if you would consider teaming with me (and others) to help further the vision we both seem to share. I've been a student since 1977 and have found it to be a true lifetime endeavor. The senior Fellow of Scripture institute Dr. Denis O'Callaghan facilitated my last doctoral work effort - one that was so rewarding and difficult. It was by far the most fun I ever had academically and is a truly high point, so far, in my walk as a Christian. Should you want I could help with research or some other area where a team effort might be needed. But, my brother, it is most important to me that I have gained a n member of my family in Christ.
